📋 1. Úvod
Tieto obchodné podmienky upravujú používanie webovej aplikácie LexiNova (ďalej „služba"), ktorú prevádzkuje Miloš Lipničan, fyzická osoba, Slovensko, kontakt lipnicanmilos@gmail.com (ďalej „prevádzkovateľ", „my").
Registráciou alebo používaním služby súhlasíte s týmito podmienkami. Ak s nimi nesúhlasíte, službu nepoužívajte.
🎯 2. Popis služby
LexiNova je aplikácia na učenie slovíčok, ktorá umožňuje vytvárať kategórie, slovíčka, testovať sa a sledovať pokrok. Súčasťou je voliteľné generovanie obsahu pomocou umelej inteligencie.
Vyhradzujeme si právo službu kedykoľvek upraviť, rozšíriť alebo prerušiť, najmä z technických alebo prevádzkových dôvodov.
👤 3. Registrácia a účet
- Pre používanie väčšiny funkcií je potrebná registrácia (e-mail a heslo alebo prihlásenie cez Google).
- Zodpovedáte za správnosť uvedených údajov a za zabezpečenie svojho hesla.
- Jeden účet je určený pre jednu osobu. Účet nesmiete zdieľať ani prevádzať bez nášho súhlasu.
- Svoj účet a všetky údaje môžete kedykoľvek zmazať v nastaveniach profilu.
✅ 4. Pravidlá používania
Pri používaní služby sa zaväzujete, že nebudete:
- porušovať platné zákony ani práva tretích strán,
- nahrávať nezákonný, urážlivý alebo škodlivý obsah,
- pokúšať sa o neoprávnený prístup, narušenie alebo preťaženie služby,
- používať automatizované nástroje (boty, scraping) nad rámec bežného používania.
Pri porušení podmienok môžeme účet obmedziť alebo zrušiť.
📝 5. Váš obsah
Slovíčka, kategórie a ďalší obsah, ktorý vytvoríte, zostávajú vaše. Udeľujete nám len obmedzené právo tento obsah uchovávať a spracúvať za účelom poskytovania služby.
Zodpovedáte za obsah, ktorý do služby vložíte.
🤖 6. Funkcie umelej inteligencie
Generovanie slovíčok pomocou AI využíva tretie strany (Groq, Google Gemini, Anthropic). Podrobnosti o spracúvaní údajov nájdete v Ochrane súkromia.
Obsah generovaný AI môže byť nepresný alebo neúplný — odporúčame si ho overiť. Za výsledky učenia ani správnosť generovaného obsahu neručíme.
💳 7. Predplatné PLUS a platby
⚠️ Platený plán PLUS sa pripravuje na spustenie. Tieto podmienky vrátane cien nadobudnú účinnosť dňom spustenia platieb.
- Plán a cena: PLUS Mesačne €4,99 / PLUS Ročne €39,99 (ceny vrátane DPH). Nové predplatné zahŕňa 7-dňovú skúšobnú dobu zdarma; ak ho počas nej nezrušíte, automaticky prejde na platené.
- Fakturačné obdobie: predplatné sa automaticky obnovuje na konci obdobia, kým ho nezrušíte.
- Platby: spracúva spoločnosť Paddle.com Market Ltd ako predajca (Merchant of Record), ktorá vystavuje faktúru a odvádza DPH; neukladáme údaje o vašej platobnej karte.
- Zmena cien: o zmene cien vás budeme informovať vopred; zmena sa prejaví v ďalšom fakturačnom období.
↩️ 8. Zrušenie a odstúpenie
- Predplatné môžete kedykoľvek zrušiť; prístup k PLUS zostane do konca zaplateného obdobia.
- Ako spotrebiteľ máte právo odstúpiť od zmluvy do 14 dní. Začatím poskytovania digitálnej služby pred uplynutím tejto lehoty s vaším súhlasom toto právo zaniká.
- Vrátenie platby: žiadosť pošlite na lipnicanmilos@gmail.com. Refundácie spracúva Paddle ako predajca. Pri zrušení vám prístup k PLUS zostáva do konca zaplateného obdobia; už začaté obdobie sa spravidla nevracia, jednotlivé prípady posudzujeme individuálne v súlade s platným právom.
⚠️ 9. Obmedzenie zodpovednosti
Služba je poskytovaná „tak ako je". Nezaručujeme nepretržitú dostupnosť ani bezchybnosť. V rozsahu povolenom zákonom nezodpovedáme za nepriame škody, stratu dát alebo ušlý zisk vzniknuté používaním služby.
🔄 10. Zmeny podmienok
Tieto podmienky môžeme aktualizovať. O podstatných zmenách vás budeme informovať (napr. e-mailom alebo oznámením v aplikácii). Ďalším používaním služby po zmene vyjadrujete súhlas s upravenými podmienkami.
⚖️ 11. Rozhodné právo
Tieto podmienky sa riadia právnym poriadkom Slovenskej republiky. Spory sa prednostne riešia dohodou; ako spotrebiteľ sa môžete obrátiť aj na subjekt alternatívneho riešenia sporov.

LexiNova is a vocabulary-learning application that lets you create categories and words, test yourself and track progress. It includes optional AI-assisted content generation.
We reserve the right to modify, extend or discontinue the service at any time, particularly for technical or operational reasons.
👤 3. Registration and account
- Most features require registration (email and password, or Google sign-in).
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you provide and for keeping your password secure.
- An account is for a single person. You may not share or transfer it without our consent.
- You may delete your account and all data at any time in your profile settings.
✅ 4. Acceptable use
When using the service you agree not to:
- violate applicable laws or third-party rights,
- upload unlawful, offensive or harmful content,
- attempt unauthorised access to, disruption of, or overloading of the service,
- use automated tools (bots, scraping) beyond normal use.
We may restrict or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
📝 5. Your content
Words, categories and other content you create remain yours. You grant us only a limited right to store and process this content for the purpose of providing the service.
You are responsible for the content you add to the service.
🤖 6. AI features
AI word generation uses third parties (Groq, Google Gemini, Anthropic). See the Privacy Policy for details on data processing.
AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete — we recommend verifying it. We do not guarantee learning outcomes or the correctness of generated content.
💳 7. PLUS subscription and payments
⚠️ The paid PLUS plan is preparing to launch. These terms, including prices, take effect on the day payments go live.
- Plan and price: PLUS Monthly €4.99 / PLUS Annual €39.99 (prices include VAT). A new subscription includes a 7-day free trial; unless you cancel during it, it automatically converts to paid.
- Billing cycle: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
- Payments: processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd as the Merchant of Record (reseller), which issues the invoice and remits VAT; we do not store your card details.
- Price changes: we will notify you in advance; changes apply from the next billing period.
↩️ 8. Cancellation and withdrawal
- You can cancel your subscription at any time; PLUS access remains until the end of the paid period.
- As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. By starting the digital service before that period ends, with your consent, this right expires.
- Refunds: send your request to lipnicanmilos@gmail.com. Refunds are processed by Paddle as the reseller. When you cancel, PLUS access remains until the end of the paid period; an already-started period is generally non-refundable, and individual cases are assessed in line with applicable law.
⚠️ 9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss or lost profits arising from the use of the service.
🔄 10. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes (e.g. by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
⚖️ 11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are resolved primarily by agreement; as a consumer you may also turn to an alternative dispute resolution body.
